Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, cancellations must be made in writing before 24 September 2007. If you cancel before 24 September 2007, without transferring your registration to another delegate, the administration fees are € 100,-. After 24 September 2007 we are not able to refund your fee.
